Hi I’m Maureen Spell, but everyone calls me Mo. I’m a homeschool mom of 7 kids and I love entrepreneurship, mentorship and encouraging moms! I have been a professional scrapbooker, a blogger, a social media consultant, a wellness leader and a life coach. I’m the weird friend who geeks out about all the business and marketing ideas!

There were several seasons though, where I felt I was on a see-saw. One month I’d love my job but felt like I was failing at all the family things. Or the next month I’d be doing awesome with family but overwhelmed with business. Functioning in that state over a period of time led me to burnout and to be in a standstill in both areas.

I learned though, that there is a way to enjoy both– especially when you recognize your calling and purpose in each area.

You can overcome mental blocks and overwhelm.

Through the years I identified mental blocks, built life-giving routines, and kicked overwhelm to the curb.

I now live life with intention, not perfection. What I’ve learned has enabled me to help women move forward (and not have it take as long as it did for me!)

You can work towards both business and family goals at the same time!

Understanding how the different “categories” of my life corresponded with one another was life-giving.

Learning how to create meaningful, doable goals was another milestone— since previously I had considered myself a goal-flunkie.

Creating a vision and a legacy plan helped me better prioritize all my to-dos and gave me permission to say no to good things so that I could stay the course for the best things.
